Vanity Knows No Bounds: Bespoke Jeans

Our globetrotting dapper man of denim drops us this dispatch:
"I have at last found a place that produces bespoke jeans. It is a company called A.P.O. Jeans based in Manhattan. They are molded to the customer's exact dimensions and made out of $40 per yard denim (pedestrian denim costs roughly $3 per yard) and fitted with silver, 14K gold, platinum, or diamond buttons and rivets. I've arranged a fitting and will keep you posted." Here at W4 HQ where we only wear white between Memorial Day and Labor Day we prefer Helmut Lang (R.I.P.), Earnest Sewn and Blue Blood Jeans.
