Modern Gentlemen’s Guide: Napping and Sleeping

Napping: Naps are an extremely important part of one's day-to-day existence. They are the key factor in any gentlemen's life and allows one to work during the day and party all night. Our recommendation is a one-hour nap after work and before dinner included into one’s everyday schedule. After a nap, you’ll be able to embark upon the evening’s activities with the proper amount of gusto. For appropriate shuteye sheets we suggest Leron, coture linens.

Sleeping: The ideal amount of sleep is 8 hours, even though we always get less. Although we realize that 8 hours is not realistic, we would venture to say that 6 hours is sufficient, as long as it’s accompanied by an afternoon nap. When long distance air travel is required we suggest taking an Ambien after boarding for a jet lag, hang over free sleep.

All REM activities require appropraite hydration. If bottled water is your thing, Fiji is our pick.
