Late Night Pick: The 1970s Office
One of the most bizzare things our W4 associates on Booze Island (England) have discovered is a late night now on Sky TV called 1970s Office. The show is some sort of strange reality TV meets sitcom in which modern day ad execs are put into a 1970's office and clothes and asked to come up with an ad pitch for the retro Spacehopper without the help of computers, faxes, or
amphetamines. Instead of reading ESPN.com, they are forced to pass their days smoking in the office, drinking lunchtime martinis, flirting with each other and having hazy wild orgies at night. Sounds good --where do we sign?
