Loans: As a wise man once said, “If you want to lose a friend, loan him money.” This phrase couldn’t be more accurate. Loaning money to people complicates everything. The minute someone asks you for money, the tendency is to become suspicious of him or her. If one does give that person money, give it as a gift. The concept and aggravation of getting paid back by a friend is a lost cause. Also, only give one loan per person per lifetime. If someone asks for money more than once, he’s not a friend he’s a leach.
